Notary online application section of the Clerk's Authority website

Putnam County is a participant in the online notary application process.  Click here to complete the application.  (Please see our notary public page on this same website for more information regarding a notary public commission). 

The form must be filled out completely.  Your signature will need to be notarized.  You will need two endorsers that will attest to your good character.  You and they must be residents of Putnam County.  They cannot be related to you. 

Please bring the completed application to this office along with verification of your Putnam County residency (Georgia driver's license).

The fee is $37.00 with the check or money order made payable to the Clerk of Superior Court.  We also accept cash.
