In light of recent legislative changes to Title 45, which governs Notary Publics, it is crucial for our Notaries to stay informed and up-to-date on their responsibilities. This training will cover:

   • Document Signer Identification

   • Journal of Notarial Acts

   • Required Training for New Notaries and those Renewing

4. New Putnam County Notary Requirements:

   • Background Checks
