Pursuant to Georgia House Bill 162, case records for defendants sentenced under the First Offender Act are sealed. To obtain copies of documents or proceedings filed in a First Offender case, you must meet the eligibility requirements established by law. Requests will be reviewed to determine whether you are authorized to access these records.
